Types of brands
At Qualitysheet we have two types of brands:
Orphaned brands
A brand is created by a fan, but the brand is not involved (yet).
Show me the latest orphaned brands
Trusted brands
Brands that are classed as 'trusted' are where a brand manager, someone from the brand itself, has claimed ownership of their brand so they can take control of their brand community on Qualitysheet and start interacting with that audience.
Types of user role
You can take on one or more of these roles when you use Qualitysheet.
Brand fan
The most common kind of user role on Qualitysheet. A brand fan can create brands, rate them and leave feedback on them. Everyone who starts a Qualitysheet account is automatically given the role of brand fan.
Brand ambassador
This is someone who officially represents the brand and has decided to take ownership of their brand community on Qualitysheet and make it a trusted brand.
